Please check that you're on the latest version as we updated AccountRight to version 2026.2 yesterday.
If you have the latest version, try closing and re-opening AccountRight before signing in.
If your file is online, you will have the new SSO experience, make sure to tick 'always allow' so that you are redirected to the browser sign in. Check out this thread for more information!

There are alot of people unable to sign into their account this morning as it is stuck in backing up mode. can you please help as no one has responded
