MYOB accountright not starting

Hi There, I am trying to login in accountright app on the windows. And then as soon as I try to login, webpage opens up, I do the login there and then it says yo can close the webpage and go back to ...

    I fixed this by renaming:

     

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\myob-arl to myob-arl.old

     

    Problem was that MYOB version number wasn't updating in this particular key in HKCU.

     

    Don't change the one in HKLM or HKCR.

Cannot log in to desktop version this morning which I normally use, nor the online version. Totally locked out atm. Very frustrated. Called helpdesk and was on hold for 20 minutes after which the line dropped out. Now on hold again for almost 10 minutes trying to establish a fix so I can do my work. Are there any MYOB developers onto this?
