MYOB file isnt showing when I log in

I have been invited to join an online company file - when I go to log in the file does not appear
the serial number is 6087 and 5354
can you please assist asap

In this matter, you would need to check with the Administrator of the company file if they have given you access already. Could you also confirm the email address you are using to log in through private message?

Thanks for the update. Apologies for the delayed response.
Based on the email address that you have provided it does appear that you have accessed to the file as a file user. As that access does appear to be showing as Active, I am unable to see any reason why you wouldn't be able to see the online file.
If you still not able to see the online file, I would recommend ensuring that you are using the latest version of the program (AccountRight 2023.4). The version of the software is listed at the top of the Welcome Window before selecting Open a Company File.

I am able to access the files online but am unable to on the desktop
