I can see why this one's a bit confusing. From what you've described, it looks like an Administrator password may have been set up at some point. That's why it's no longer accepting the password field as blank anymore. The best step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can securely check things on the backend and help you get that password reset so you can reconnect Deputy to MYOB without the headache.
