New business

Hi,

I am a current subscriber to AccountRightPlus and am adding another business. I have set up the details but is not allowing me to proceed with setting up "bank feeds".

Is the problem likely to in the set up OR is it simply another subscription required ??

I was under the impression that I could set up more than one business with the current subscription.

Thanks

  • Hi, bjs1 a warm welcome to you as a new subscriber of MYOB AccountRight. Thank you for your post!

You can save time on data entry by having information from your financial institution transmitted directly to AccountRight using bank feeds. It is a quicker option than importing a bank statement.

A subscription to AccountRight includes bank feeds, which may be used with both online and offline company files. We actively support a large number of financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand.

To answer your question if it's really required, I'll say it is more convenient.

      Hi bjs1

Not sure if Hannah_V answered your question - a subscription is required per file for Live Services such as bank feeds. Most subscriptions (inc Plus) allow for one file only. However a Premier subscription allow you to use Live Services with 2 company files.

      Regards

      Gavin

  • Hi, gavin12345 thanks for mentioning me on this post.

bjs1 my apologies, I just provided you a general information regarding bank feeds.

To answer your question, yes, you need a Live Subscription to be entitled to have a Bank feed in your account.
