Question about Adding APN and Custom Fields in MYOB Item List

Hello everyone,I have a question regarding the MYOB system. I would like to know where I can input the APN (Australian Product Number) in the Item List. If there is no specific field for the APN, is it possible to create a new Custom Field, such as Customer Field #4, for this purpose? Additionally, if we can create Custom Field #4, is there a way to display it on our invoices?Currently, we are using Custom Fields #1 and #2 for the expiry date, and Custom Field #3 to link items to our website.Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance for your help.&nbsp;

You can always customize the name of the custom field to indicate APN specifically. However, it's not possible to add another one to make it four, as you can only create up to three custom fields. See this link for the detailed instructions on how to name a custom item field.
