The error message is popping up when sending an invite to the second user on your list because that person is already set up to use the company. This usually happens when the user is already listed as an online file user but hasn't been activated on our end. I've gone ahead and reactivated their email address for you. Have them try accessing the file again, and it should work now. Also, I removed your screenshot since it had some sensitive info.
If they still can't get in, you need to reach out to our support team through live chat with MOCA or create a support ticket via MyAccount for more help.
