Transfer ownership & billing

We are currently the owner of our client's MYOB file, could you please assist in transferring the ownership and billing of this file? We need to:

1) Upgrade the client to owner of the file

2) Change the billing arrangements to our client's bank account

    Hi Doreen

    The business ownership has not changed.  The MYOB file is currently held under our MYOB Partner Subscription.  We need to release the ownership and billing of the file to the business owners who have not changed.

    Hi KathMehon,

    Since you are still the owner of the file, you will need to submit a support request through MYOB Practice at partner.myob.com. Please see the attached image for guidance.
