Transfer MYOB file ownership

Hi

 

We recently bought a business along with their MYOB file. I have been given access to the file as an administrator but I am wondering how to transfer the ownership from the previous business owner. I have the previous owner's log in details but when I log in I can't seem to update any details to remove the previous owner.

 

Any assistance will be appreciated.

    Thank you for your detailed post. It seems like you'll need to fill out the change of details form to update the user/owner of the file. You can access the form on this page. Please ensure you have all the necessary documents ready before submitting it.
