Unable to attach documents to Sales

Since the update on the 14/11 I have tried numerous times to upload attachments on sales without any success. When I try to drag a file I either get the 'loading circle' and then a time out error or there is no visible change. If I use the add documents function I get a message that something went wrong, and some documents couldn't be added.

    Since the last update a couple of days ago I have been having endless problems with uploading documents to purchases, I normally use add document and have had no issue but since the update I have had nothing but issue with it  -  I get a message that something went wrong, and some documents couldn't be added. I have tried drag and drop and it is the same thing I have tried adding to the tray and it is the same thing, I have tried doing it online and it is the same thing. I have tried clearing the cache and that is not working.

    It is starting to get painful now as I attached all purchase documents and there are a lot of them, not to mention the endless hours trying to fix the problem.  What would you suggest?

    When uploads aren’t behaving, it really does slow everything down, so I get where you’re coming from. From our side, there’s nothing major showing for uploads at the moment, so it’s worth getting this checked more closely.

    The best next step is to get in touch with our support team so they can dig into what’s happening in your file. You can either:

    • Log in to My Account and lodge a support ticket, or
    • Jump into MOCA (our virtual assistant) and choose Live Chat to speak with the team.
