Hi Jaydee,
This error message means you're logged into your MYOB account, but you don't have access to the file you're trying to open. This can happen if multiple company files have been recently accessed on the same computer. Make sure you're only opening files you're entitled to or request access from the file owner to be added as a user. See this link for more details.
