Hi Mike_James, while waiting for you, I tried my luck and opened a file. Screen finally opens after that. I am afraid to further click anything as I might mess up something. All I can think of is going to the Help Tab and choose About.
I made a screenshot of the details so you can check out if it helps with my problem.
I will try the company information and the serial number and will get back to you.
That screenshot will bring back happy memories for older consultants!.
Close that window, look for the Setup menu at the top, click that and the select Company information.
Write down the 12-digit serial number starting 61 at the top left of the window.
If there isn't one, then the program was created before those serial numbers were built in. In which case just ring MYOB anyway and go from there.
