Hi Mike_James​. I managed to get to the company information. however, a supervisor came in and asked what I was doing. I told her everything. She said that I should crop the screenshot I took of the company information and send only the top part. I don't understand, I am exchanging information for assistance from within the MYOB website and yet she is stressing out to leave the company information part for confidential reason. I have to apologies to you for this one.
Company information that I got doesn't have a serial number, only its registration number.
If what you're saying that the program was created before serial number implementation? how shall I make contact with MYOB?
Another thing, If what it says in the about that I have a MYOB Premier for Windows version 3.1 and was an Australian Release, what is the equivalent updated software that they have right now for this? I mean, what is its new name right now?
