What to Do: Addition of Trading Name

Hi Community

 

After some help please

 

We have just registered a trading name to operate under as we have expanded our product ranging.  We wish to update to the new name but are unsure how best to go about this.  

 

What information and where should we be updating within AccountRight?  We can think of the logo on the forms but can't think of much else.

Is anyone with a similar circumstance able to share what they did/knowledge on what to do?

    As AccountRight (Desktop) typically doesn't deal with trading names there is no direct area that you would need to update following that name adding/changing. Note: If the actual company name has changed, this can be reflected in the Setup>>Company Information>>Company Name field.

     

    If you have do want to represent that new trading name on the customise forms you may need to add in or edit that customise form to include that new trading name - usually in adding or editing a text box OR logo.
