Hi asdfgh1,

The 'Analyse Sales [Activity]' report is a bit of a diva—it won’t show any data unless the invoices are using the time billing layout. If you try with invoices in the Item or Service layout, you’re just going to get the cold shoulder with a "No information to display" message.

For viewing margin details on individual sales considering varying discount rates across customers, the 'Analyse Sales [Item]' report provides the percentage margin (%margin). However, this report focuses on summarizing margins rather than providing itemized margin details for each sale.
