AP report

Hello, Which AP report can show both invoice date & close date? Many thanks. Rgds

    Hi myobjoh 


    Yes, it is possible to get the closed date on Purchase Register Detail report.

     

    If you click on Insert/Modify and then Show/Hide, you will get a list of Available columns from where you can choose "Date Closed" and show it under "Columns in your report". Similarly, you can show or hide any columns from this list according to your requirement.

Hi myobjoh, 

 

Thank you for your post. Having looking into the Aged payables reports filters, unfortunately there is not a report where you can add this. To see which filters you can add into the report, please display the report > Select insert/modify on the top right hand side > Select show hide.

 

Additionally we do have an Add on centre which lists third party software that integrates into AccountRight, you may find an Add on that has extensive reporting.

    Please have a look attached AP report.

    Is there any way I can just get the close date of the invoice? I can then use vlookup maybe to sort it out. Thx.
