My apologies for the late response. If you haven't successfully balanced your Balance Sheet, please check if there is an amount displayed on the Historical Balancing account within that report. If the Historical Balancing account balance matches the out-of-balance amount, you can try the following steps:- Go to Setup >> Balances >> Account Opening Balances.
- Locate an account with a $0.00 balance and enter $1 for that account, then click Ok.
- Return to the Account Opening Balances window and remove the $1 you just entered.
This process aims to refresh the historical balancing account, potentially resolving the Balance Sheet discrepancy. If the issue persists even after following these steps, it may be necessary to send the company file in for investigation and potential repair.
