Budget Report

Question

I have a saved budget report that I access regularly and whenever I log back in the opening balance has disappeared. I raised a support request, and MYOB advised that this apparently happens sometimes. MYOB can run an internal script on our data, but we might lose some data so I'm just wondering whether anyone has had this script run and if so what data (if any) was lost?

I can understand why you’d want to know exactly what could be affected before agreeing to the script. Based on the information I have from our back end, the script removes all Account Budgets except for the current and next financial year. This means any older budget history could be affected, so it’s important to export any historical budgets before running the script.
