I am assuming that you are referring to reports from AccountRight.
If so, you can display the report the way you want it and then from the Save option, or Save As pull down menu:
you will see the options to name the report as you wish. This custom report will then appear in the My Custom Reports tab. Please note that the date range you have at the time you save the report will also be saved and you will need to re-select these each time you run the report.
