Customer Sales Detail report

Has anyone had issues with the customer sales report not loading? I can extract all sorts of reports in various areas but not the Customer Sales Detail report?

Hi CRyan1960,

 

So far, there haven’t been any reported incident with the report failing to load or generate properly. I’ve given it a go on both the AccountRight desktop and browser versions, and the Customer Sales Detail report displayed without any problems. You could try clearing your AccountRight cache or your browser cache – it often fixes those odd behaviours. Also, narrowing down the date range for the report could help speed things up.
