GST Summary and P & L not reconciling

Hello, I am having an issue where the GST summary values are not matching the Values shown in the P & L. Tried going through Sales, income etc no joy.

Hi ericham122,

 

Certainly is a little diffuclt to find whats causing the difference. One possible reason can be if your file’s set to an older financial year. Reports like your P&L can go a bit wonky if they’re not run in the current, previous, or next financial year, they’re basically built to work within those dates.

 

Best bet is to double-check which financial year your file’s using and switch it if you need to. If things still look off compared to other reports, just pop in a support ticket through MyAccount or have a chat with our live chat through our virtual assistant MOCA.
