Hi alicemarler,
Welcome to the Community Forum!
To give another user access to generate a report without showing "payroll details" and other confidential information, you can manage their roles and permissions. In AccountRight, you have the option to manage users. Just make sure to only tick the Reports option in all features and avoid including payroll or any other confidential info. For more info on restricting access to a user, check out this Help article: Set up roles.

Thank you, for your response.
How can I generate 'My Custom Reports' under the 'Job Activity' under the accounts tab to not show the wages & salaries.
I need the report to not even give me the option to select wages and salaries.
Due to not allowing the team to see these items.

Hi alicemarler,
To generate customised reports without showing wages and salaries, look for the option to customise the report fields in the report settings. Deselect or remove any fields related to wages and salaries.
You can filter the data you need and select additional filters. For more info, please check this Help article: Customizing reports.
If you want to restrict a user from generating a report without having the option to select wages and salaries, you can limit their access by managing roles and permissions to access reports only and selecting the read-only option for reports.
Cheers,
Princess
