Hi oscook,
When the job reports aren't lining up, it usually comes down to how the transactions have been coded. In MYOB Business, you can run the Job Activity report and use Customise button to add job code/number column so you can see what each transaction's linked to. There isn't a way to remove that column, but after setting your date filters, you can use the drop down to expand the view and check the job codes. If the job name's showing blank, it means that line hasn't been assigned a job. It's worth opening those transactions and making sure each line has the correct job selected. If you're still having trouble tracking down the the right job report, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account and they'll a closer look with you.
Cheers,
Doreen
Thanks Doreen.
I can't see all those options in MYOB Business Lite in the Job Activity Report area but they are available in AccountRight
MOCA was totally lost with this query.

Seems MYOB doesn't think Lite users deserve the Job Exceptions capability. Makes this a very expensive upgrade just to correct missed Job Codes or hours of checking every entry.
I don't understand why they don't have an uncoded option in Lite under Select jobs
