MYOB Accounting v17

Hi,

 

Can someone help me confirming my company file.

 

I'm using MYOB Accounting v17.

 

Tried generating confirmation code online

"https://confirmation.myob.com/confirm"

 

But I'm getting, "There is an issue confirming your company file.
Error reason: Product is not registered."

 

I have correct serial number coming from the MYOB system.

    You will probably need to log a support ticket for this one but if it's urgent then contact FGH Tables for a confirmation - they are a third party provider but can help with Classic versions.

    FYI If you have your system set to "auto confirm" it's worth changing this to manual confirm so you can choose "Confirm Later" and have 14 days grace to obtain a confirmation.
