At this point in time you won't have the ability to compare to last year for the Job Profit & Loss report.
This is a great suggestion, I'd recommend posting on our Ideas Exchange for other members of our community to vote and add weight to. Our improved feedback loop ensures that your input, votes and comments are seen by our product teams, helping prioritise future improvements.
