Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the format of your receivables report and we appreciate your time attaching the error log. In my understanding, this error log shows an error about the regression that should have been fixed in a later version of AccountRight. If you haven't already, please install the latest version of AccountRight (AccountRight 2023.9).
If the issue persist while in the latest version, I suggest clearing the cache of your AccountRight.

Hi Mike_James,
Thank you for sharing this post. The "System.NullReferenceException" error can usually be fixed by clearing the cache or updating the software. This is the article that is related to that, Something's gone wrong error: "System.NullReferenceException".

We appreciate you sending this screenshot and confirming your current version. Can you also confirm if you already cleared the cache of your AccountRight? If the issue persists after clearing the cache, please send us a copy of the latest diagnostic log after testing the report.
