Reports timing out is never fun, especially when you just want to get things sorted. We've actually had a few similar ones like this, and there's a post with some steps that's helped others get it sorted. Worth giving it a go. I've dropped the link here for you: MYOB application operation has timed out error.
If it's still happening after that, best to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can take a closer look and run a few checks with you.
