I'd like to create a payroll entitlement balance summary report which shows the entitlements in columns not rows and splits out the card number in a separate row - is this possible to create in either Accountright Desktop or Online version?

There’s no option in AccountRight Desktop or Online to create a payroll Entitlement Balance Summary report that displays entitlements in columns instead of rows, or separates the card number into a distinct row. The available reporting formats are fixed and simply don’t allow for this level of customisation. You can check this link for more info on what you can customise on a report.
