Reconciliation reports with incorrect date
I have noticed a few of my reconcillation reports which have the date of bank statement as 31/10/2022 and last reconciled 28/10/2022 has down the bottom of the report - Account Right Balance on 31/12...

Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. We have been made aware of a situation where if a user selects Undo Reconciliation on AccountRight it shows different last reconciliation dates between the reconcile window and the reconciliation report.
The workaround is to enter a date in the future (e.g. 31/10/2023), then select reconcile. After it's reconciled, then undo that reconciliation. Doing this refreshes the system to show the correct last reconciliation date and amounts.
