Reports Hanging - completing OLE action

Hi agp , is Excel 32-bit (I'm guessing it is since the output does complete eventually)? Is AccountRight running as administrator? And was AccountRIght the last program reinstalled, which it needs to be?

PS Excel should be running as administrator as well.

    thanks I believe all of these were the case, But I will re run a report today with all of these paramters and confirm either way.
