Send Reports to excel. Excel opens up but cells does not have correct info and only shows Company, Address 1, Address 2.. etc. like no information was retrieved from MYOB.

When I send reports to excel, Excel opens up but it shows Company, Address 1, Address 2, Address 3, etc. like the report information was not correctly retrieved from MYOB. 

Can someone advise on what's causing the problem please?

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues when exporting reports to excel. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response.

    When you export reports from MYOB to Excel, and the data appears incorrectly with generic headings like "Company," "Address 1," "Address 2," and so on, it shows a data mapping issue during the export process.
