Hi Ive tried lodging a TPAR for my client and receive the following error from the ATO
"Please contact your software developer. The file size is not a correct multiple of the record length."
Could someone please assist with how I resolve this error.

Thanks for popping the exact ATO error message in here. That gives us a better clue about what’s going on. It usually means one or more supplier cards contain missing data or an invalid character, which makes the TPAR file record length incorrect. Before making any changes, check that no one else has manually edited the file. Then correct the affected supplier card details in AccountRight and recreate the TPAR file.
