Hi SJ24,
That’s a sneaky little TPAR year-list gremlin. Since the reporting boxes are already ticked, first check the company file’s current financial year:
- Go to Setup > Company Information.
- Check the Current financial year.
- If it isn’t 2026, create a backup and use Start a New Financial Year until the current year is 2026.
- Reopen the Taxable payments annual report or Taxable Payments Assistant and check whether 2026 is now available.
The 2026 option becomes available once the file has been rolled forward to the 2026 financial year. For more guidance, see Producing the Taxable payments annual report. If the file already shows 2026 as the current financial year and the option still isn’t there, please contact our support team via Contact Us page so they can take a closer look.
Cheers,
Doreen
2026 has only just finished, why are we needing to roll over the file? That is ridiculous! This is an issue MYOB - please fix it so we can lodge before 28th Aug without rolling over file. Accountant not even done EOFY. Why does MYOB keep doing things like this all it does is create issues.
