API key is missing or inactive

Good day,

 

Seeking help for my API Access. I have only have 2 APP in my Account, 1 working and 1 not working and showing the error before.

 

I'm creating a new version of my app and i want to keep the previous API access while i'm developing the new version for transition purposes. Can you help me again to activate the new API Key? This already happened to me before when i created 2 API then deleted them, but 1 of the Moderator/Staff fixed it. Thank you.

 

Note: i now only have 2 API Keys, 1 Working for V1 of my app and the other 1 is for V2 that is encountering this problem.
