API Timeout Limit Changes

Hi There,

 

The issue around a higher than average error rate in relation to  the new Timeout Limit has been resolved. 

Our Developement Teams are continuing to montior the API and make ongoing preformance changes as needed. 

Moving forward, the Timeout Limit is now 29 seconds.

 

Please ensure you adjust your code to match the new Timeout Limit. To help you do this, we've provided some links to relevant Knowledgebase articles below:
