Developer Update August 2025

Thanks for your patience while we worked to uncover the cause of this issue. Our developers have identified the cause and are working toward a fix right now. I will update this thread when the fix has been released.

Hi Stuart, I work with Martec and this problem is starting to have a significant on our Finance function. Have you got a feeling for when this fix will be released as its extremely urgent?

Hi Stuart,

We have the same issue with the 2025.7 update and not being able to send Invoices to MYOB via the API.

Could you please advise asap when a hot fix is available.

Hello Stuart, is it possible for us to get 2025.6 sent to us in the meantime and then we can go back to the API working and then we can test the next version with the API fix to see if it does fix the problem?

I have a ticket #46205, if that helps.

Today we rolled back to 2025.6, on our server and the clients.

Also disabled the Auto update service until the issue is resolved.

Getting the same error - cannot create an invoice on a LAN 2025.7 file - get 500 response and API logs as below.  Please advise.

We really need a fix or workaround now, or at least an indication of when one will be available so we can decide on how to proceed in the interim. Will it be days or weeks?

Hi Stuart,

We, and other businesses by the looks, need a solution to be provided to this Invoicing API issue.

But just as importantly we need to be given a timeframe, so that we can make business plans around this.

To keep us in the "dark" and have us all just "Wait" for an email is not acceptable..

Please just tell us your best guess as to when the fix will be ready ( 1 day, 1 week, etc)

Thanks again for your patience while we developed the patch to fix this, and I do apologise for the delay. We plan to release the patch to resolve this issue later this afternoon, and I will update this thread once the fix is rolled out, or if there are any changes to the planned release schedule.
