Hybrid Sale layout type gives error that layout is not hybrid - error 1009

Hi, My customer creates a new company in the month of July and after starting a new company my MYOB API shows error 1009 while creating the invoice, if I change the layout to services then qty not sh...

Thanks for reaching out, I can see you have a ticket with us in our inbox. If you could reply to this ticket from the developer's email address so we can get some extra details from you. Can you please send us a full HTTP trace (including request and response headers, URI and message body/JSON) for the request that is returning the error? The information we are looking for is shown on our [help page] (https://apisupport.myob.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000492176-Raising-a-ticket-with-MYOB-API-Support) here which will help us to narrow down where the issue is occurring.
