MYOB AccountRight API access needed

We are trying to get a developer API access to our MYOB Accountright file.  We have not heard anything, I check the ticket daily. I have called support and were unable to assist and had no idea how to help.

We have lodged multiple support tickets with MYOB and they are also not responding to the ticket requests. This is holding up the development of a new stock management system. Is anyone else having issues with getting API access to their MYOB file?
