WooCommerce Username Invalid

Any help would be appreciated. WooCommerce is connected to the MYOB File however is failing with the Username. 

Can anyone confirm what access the user profile needs for importation?

I have tried full access and limited access but neither works. 

I have also tried email address and use name.
