I thought this was odd too. Does that mean that any clients who we integrate MYOB for between now and Feb 23 could potentially experience downtime from Feb 23 until the Re-registration is approved? That would be really bad.
Doesn't anyone from MYOB wont to reply?
No reply here and no reply to a developer ticket that was created.

The MYOB Business API Developer board is a solely Community driven section of the Forum. While MYOB does moderate this board we don't actively participate in it on a frequent basis. Should you wish to get more information on this please see Welcome to the MYOB Business API Board.With regard to the developer ticket, speaking with the team we have been unable to find any recent tickets lodged for you (the last one lodged was in 2021). As such, if you do have a query for the MYOB Business API team we do recommend that you lodge it through the API Support team portal.
