Cant import Retail Manager since AccountRight 2024.10 update

Since the AccountRight 2024.10 update, my retail manager will not import.  It goes through the process like its downloading but it doesn't import and there is no MYOBLOG File.   I went back to a previous backup and was able to load as 2024.09 and it worked.  But now it is making me update the backup to 2024.10 to open it.  I need to urgently import my Retail Manager.    Why is 2024.10 doing this?
