I run a small practice with a few staff and they all use the same login to access the file throughout the day. It's not been a problem as i dont need everyone logging in at the same time.
I saw that email verification is getting removed but have also seen a lot about passkeys,. Bit confused as to what that means for me. I want to still share one login for simplicitys sake but this doesnt seem like its the best way if email authentication is being removed?
Why don't you give every person that needs to access the file their own login? sounds like the easier and most secure option no? or just use a different authentication method like the authentication app ?
i guess if you really wanted to keep the one login, you could use passkeys and then share that with a password manager like 1password? authentication apps also work with password managers too. they posted about passkeys recently and i think it said you can set more than 1 up?
