How do I change ownership of my own file

    Hi RhondaMP,

     

    That's totally not fair and you've got every reason to feel annoyed about it. No one wants their file ownership to changed without their knowledge. No worries, we’re here to help you sort it out and fix things up. You can totally take back the ownership of the file by filling out a change of details form. You'll need to complete the form, send it back to our team via email, and we’ll take care of the rest for you.

Which form do I fill out.  The change of ownership one requires the current unauthorised owner to fill it in as the vendor.

Also this Essentials file was a free file for me to use and I don't want to have to start paying for it now because somebody illegally took it out of my name.

Hi RhondaMP,

 

You’re absolutely spot on. What you’ll need to get things sorted is the ‘Change of Ownership’ form. Now, while it does require the current (unauthorised) owner to fill it out as the vendor, this isn’t as tricky as it sounds. The form's there to set the record straight, and with the right supporting documents, we can absolutely help move things back into your name where it belongs.

 

Since you’ve mentioned this Essentials file was a freebie for you, let me reassure you: we’ll do our best to get it back under your account without you having to pay for something that’s yours. Let’s make it right again.
