I received this email, wanting to check if a scam, as we have direct debit set up, so wouldn't think this was relevant.     Payment is required immediately    ...

Everything I have said is truthful.  This has happened to us 3 times and has taken 5hrs to try and sort out. 5hrs being the time spent on hold, then them trying to sort it.  The min time i have been on hold is 45min before speaking to someone.  this is an on going issue.

    It has NEVER happened to me in over 20 years.

    I have NEVER spent forty five minutes on hold.

      Lies, but of course you would try and defend the bad service and wait times being, Myob Certified for over twenty years. Degree qualified registered BAS agent 92779001. Thorough, meticulous, diligent. Bookkeeping service, Myob installation setup and training.

       

      MYOB Certified Consultants are expert partners who are required to retrain annually in MYOB Products

        Of course you're entitled to your beliefs. Erroneous as they might be.
