Subscription Fees Increase despite promo?

Question

Hello MYOB,&nbsp;&nbsp;My client bought several MYOB subscription promos years ago with the promise by your salesperson that the promo fees will be discounted for life for those additional datafiles bought.This month, all the subscptions fees for all his datafiles were increased to $136.00 each.Can you let us know what happened and was that an empty promise?
