Super paid in error

Super has been paid twice in error and has not been returned, how to resolve

    Hi ChristineS,

     

    First off, you'll need to get in touch with the superfund to request a refund for the payment. Once you have the super payments returned, you’ll need to reverse the pay super transactions. After that, reprocess it by following the steps in this article.
