Set up MYOB Pay Super error
Hi, I'm trying to set up MYOB pay Super & an error: 'The Change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to' comes up but I'm the owner of the file. I've submitted support requests since Dec 25 (Case #02698906 & Case #02917370), but haven't received a response. I need to set this up before the ATO SBSCH ceases to exist. Can someone from MYOB please help?

Thanks for all the detail and for sharing your case numbers. We’ve also seen a few users getting this same error when trying to set up Pay Super. It can appear even when you are the file owner/admin, and usually means the Pay Super registration for that file needs to be repaired on our side. I’ve already followed up on your existing cases and will update this thread as soon as I receive an update from the team.
