Bank Feeds - Suncorp - MYOB Advanced

Hi,   For some reason my bank fees have not come through for the last 2 days.   its showing '0' transcations however upon checking the bank account therer are over 30 transactions duing this peri...

    Hi Belinda-AB 

     

    Apologies, I'm not an expert on MYOB Advanced, however, just thought I would chime in to say that we have had a delay with Suncorp providing us with the bank feeds for our AccountRight and MYOB Business customers. This may also impact other products that use bank feeds.

    We are currently working with the bank to provide that information successfully and make those transactions available to customers as soon as possible.

Thank you for your message.  Im assuming its efffecting all MYOB / Suncorp users.  Ill try later in the day and see if its corrected itself.

Hi Belinda-AB 


We've received notification that the Suncrop feeds have been successfully received for AccountRight and MYOB Business customers. So hopefully they come through for your product shortly (apologies, not 100% sure how Advanced Bank feeds work - I assume similar in nature).
