Suncorp Bank Feeds not showing

Hello all, I use AR.  My bank feeds from Suncorp have not come through. When I first looked at bank feeds this morning, they said last updated Saturday (20/6/26). I hit the Get Bank Transactions button, and it now says last updated Tuesday 23rd. I have shut down MYOB and played around with dates and nothing shows up.  Helpful advice please
