MYOB Advance only required for historical records, view only

Hi,

 

our business is closing down and we only require MYOB for historical purposes.  Is it possible to have access to the information and not pay for a subscription?  We use MYOB Advance

    Hi User2018,

    I totally get how important it is for you to still be able to access your file even after you've closed your business. Just a heads up, we don't currently have a feature that lets you view your file after cancellation for MYOB Advanced. A good workaround could be to print or save any reports you might need as a backup before you close your file. You could also take a system snapshot, but keep in mind that these are version-specific. So, if you need to check out the data later, you'll have to download a local install of the same version as the snapshot, which could be a bit of a hassle.
